These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bachelier Maths mobile application (the "App"). The App is operated by Brocko Studio Ltd, registered address 61 Bridge Street, Kington HR5 3DJ.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
The App may offer paid subscriptions that provide access to additional features and content. Subscription pricing and details are displayed within the App.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store.
The App is designed as a study and revision tool to support preparation for the French baccalauréat. It provides practice questions.
The App does not guarantee exam results or academic performance. Success depends on many factors including individual effort, prior knowledge, and study habits.
The content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for formal instruction.
The App is designed to minimize data collection. No personal data is collected unless strictly necessary for core functionality such as subscriptions.
Any data processing is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Apple platform requirements.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties are given, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brocko Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms.
We may update the App or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
All content within the App, including questions, explanations, and visual elements, is the intellectual property of Brocko Studio Ltd unless otherwise stated.
