These Terms of Use govern your use of the Daily Squat mobile application (the "App"). The App is operated by Brocko Studio Ltd, registered address 61 Bridge Street, Kington HR5 3DJ.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App may offer paid subscriptions. Subscription pricing and features are displayed within the App.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store.
The App is intended for general fitness tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme. Use of the App is at your own risk.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties are given, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brocko Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms.
We may update the App or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Certain graphic elements used in the App are licensed from third parties.
